Question:   How do you handle security? Can we limit access to certain users, designate which users are "Dispatchers", and also assign "Super-Users" to be able to manage all the information?
Answer:     Yes! We allow you to assign four levels of security to all your users:

  Pilots - You can quickly invite an unlimited number of pilots to view the flight schedule - available aircraft and instructors all on the same page. Users with the "Pilot" security level can only view and change the details of their own flights.

  Instructors - Instructors are allowed to view and change the details of their own flights, plus they appear as schedulable resources on the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule pages. In addition, limited contact information for Instructors is shown to all pilots to facilitate easy and direct communication.

  Dispatchers - Dispatchers are like "Super Users" in the system, and are permitted to add, view the details, and cancel flights on behalf of any other user.

  System Administrators - System Administrators have all the rights of a Dispatcher, PLUS the ability to administer the entire system, adding pilots and aircraft, maintenance items and alerts, viewing reports, and all available account information. These users are permitted to make all changes to billing and administration throughout the system.

Question:   How do I link my website to LimpWindsock.com?
Answer:     Of course, you don't need your own website to use LimpWindsock.com - you can always send your pilots directly to this website, where they can log in and view your flight schedule. But if you do have a website, we can help you set up a link from your site to ours.

For Premiere subscribers... Our team of professional web developers will work with you to create and maintain your own custom website, or to add our schedule to your existing site. We will quickly integrate LimpWindsock.com's online schedule with your website, so that the scheduling system appears to be owned and managed by your organization. (We call this feature "rebranding".)

For all other subscribers...... You'll receive the same great customer service as Premiere subscribers, as we assist you in adding a link from your website to LimpWindsock.com. Your pilots can use their own computers, or any computer in the world with Internet access, to reserve and manage their own reservations online at LimpWindsock.com. Plus - there is no software to install, and no expensive computers to buy and maintain. We host the whole system online in our co-located server network of four secure (and undisclosed) locations around North America. Answer:     LimpWindsock.com is web-based software, available from any computer connected to the Internet.
